These terms govern your use of Snanix ("the Service"), dental practice software provided by Snanix. By creating an account, or by using the Service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind that clinic.
Snanix is software for running a dental practice: patient records, visits, tooth charts, appointments, payments, expenses, inventory and reports. It is a record-keeping and administration tool.
It is not a medical device and gives no clinical, diagnostic or treatment advice. Every clinical decision remains yours. Nothing the Service displays, calculates or reports substitutes for your professional judgement.
Access is granted per clinic. The person who creates the clinic is its owner and may invite staff, set their roles, and remove them.
You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Sign-in is by emailed link or one-time code, so control of the mailbox is control of the account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
The clinical and business records you enter remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You can export your data at any time from within the Service, in open formats. We do not hold your records hostage to a subscription.
You are responsible for having the lawful basis and any patient consent required to record and process the patient information you enter.
Do not use the Service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another clinic's data, to probe or disrupt the Service's security or availability, or to resell access without our agreement.
We may suspend an account that puts the Service, its other customers, or their data at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you first.
New clinics get a free trial period, stated at signup, with no card required. When the trial ends the subscription must be paid for access to continue.
The current price and billing period are shown on the site and at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record; their terms also apply to the payment itself.
Fees are charged in advance for the period stated at checkout. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded on a partial period.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers are told before a change affects them, and a price change never applies to a period already paid for.
We work to keep the Service available and to protect your data, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control can interrupt access.
The Service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not permit us to exclude.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost data to the extent that loss could have been avoided by keeping your own exports.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund a period already paid.
We may end or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment.
After an account closes we keep your data for a limited period so it can be recovered or exported, then delete it. Export anything you need before closing.
We may update these terms. The version in force is published here with its version date. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify account owners, and continued use after that notice means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and the courts of Jordan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
